Marian Padgett
Director, Relocation and Business Development

Marian Padgett is responsible for managing the Triangle Corporate Relocation Services Department for Prudential York Simpson Underwood Realty. Marian brings over five years of real estate expertise to the role of Director of Relocation and Business Development and vast industry experience. A graduate of Wake Forest University, Marian began her career with Prudential Carolinas Realty in 1996 as a sales associate and ultimately went on to serve as Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager/Broker-in-Charge in the Charlotte offices. She has extensive knowledge of the real estate business throughout all levels of industry, which provides her with a unique advantage in serving her clients. Marian is a native Carolinian and enjoys the opportunity to assist clients who are seeking to make this area their home.

Champ’s main focus is on introducing Prudential York Simpson Underwood Realty’s full suite of relocation services to Triangle area companies of all sizes. As a licensed Realtor, he brings 10+ years of direct real estate selling and relocation experience to the role. Champ is also deeply involved in local economic development and talent recruitment initiatives throughout the Research Triangle region. Champ is a lifelong North Carolinian and has lived in Raleigh since 1996.

Amy also works with clients who wish to rent or require assimilation services when they arrive in the Triangle.
